Both SOLO Desktop and SOLO Industrial are available in 203dpi and 300dpi versions. |

Can I use direct thermal printing?
Yes. All SOLO printers will print in either thermal transfer or direct thermal printing modes. Simply select your printing mode within SOLO Studio. |

How fast does it print?
SOLO Desktop 245 prints at 5 inches per second while it's Industrial counterpart prints at 6 inches per second. The 300dpi versions of these printers deliver speeds of 3ips and 4ips respectively. |

What label stock can I use?
SOLO is compatible with standard off-the-shelf ribbons and label stock. |

What warranty do I get on the equipment?
All SOLO printers come with 18 months' manufacturer's warranty. The keyboard is covered for 12 months. Extended warranties are available on all SOLO equipment. |

Can I try the software?
SOLO Studio - SOLO's label design software package is freely available to download from the Downloads page on this website but will only allow you to download your labels to a SOLO keyboard. |
